Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the European Union. 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Cost

Delivery is free on every order.

How long it takes

We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays). Delivery usually takes 8–9 days from the day you order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If we expect a longer delay, we will tell you by email.

Where orders ship from

Items are shipped outside of the EU and VAT is already included in the price.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or the tracking stops updating, contact us right away at support@brellova.com with your order number. We will trace the parcel with the carrier. We carry the risk until the parcel is delivered to you, so if it is lost we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Checking your address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately: we can only change the address before your order ships.
