Terms of service

1. Who we are

This online store (Brellova) is run by Yulian Bohomol, Wojska Polskiego 1A/10, 43-100, Tychy, Poland, email support@brellova.com ("we", "us"). The business is conducted as an unregistered activity (działalność nierejestrowana) under Polish law.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made in this store. You can save or print them at any time. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law. Where Polish law gives certain consumer rights to sole traders buying for purposes that aren't professional for them, those rights apply to them too.

3. Orders and the contract

Product pages are an invitation to order. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an email confirming your order. If we can't accept an order, for example because an item is unavailable, we tell you and refund any payment immediately.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store and are the final prices you pay; delivery is free. Prices include VAT.

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

Multi-buy discounts shown on the product page are applied automatically in the cart when the conditions are met.

5. Delivery

We deliver to EU countries. Delivery times, costs and what happens with lost parcels are described in our Shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How this works, who pays for returns, and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund policy.

7. Complaints and legal guarantee

We are responsible if goods do not conform to the contract, where this becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Send complaints to support@brellova.com with your order number and a description (photos help). We reply within 14 days. You can ask for repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or we don't do it, for a price reduction or a refund. We don't offer an additional commercial warranty.

8. Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.

9. Reviews

Reviews are collected through "Judge.me" and only from customers who bought the product.

10. Personal data

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Resolving disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first; most things can be fixed quickly. Consumers in Poland can also get free help from their municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej). Consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

12. Governing law

These terms and every contract concluded under them are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you placed your order applies to that order.
